At Billu, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, Billu will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through the contact options available on our website.

We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
